Acceptance of Terms

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Eligibility & Age Restriction

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
nagged88 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures for all accounts. Prior to processing any withdrawal, the Platform will request government-issued identification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport — to confirm the Account holder's age and identity. Accounts where the holder cannot verify their age to the satisfaction of nagged88's compliance team will be suspended pending satisfactory verification.
In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:
- You are a human individual and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
- You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any associated nagged88 service;
- You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any national self-exclusion register that applies to your jurisdiction;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a nagged88 employee or contractor.
nagged88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds held in a suspended Account will be returned via the original deposit method following compliance review.

18+ Rule — No Exceptions. nagged88 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the registered payment method.
Account Registration & Security
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the nagged88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing a suspension, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nagged88 uses device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any of the details you provided at registration change. nagged88 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the User.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. nagged88 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been conducted by you personally, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, or that unauthorised access to your Account has occurred or is occurring, you must:
- Change your password immediately via the Account settings page;
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if it is not already active on your Account;
- Contact nagged88 support at support@nagged88 without delay so that the security team can investigate and, if necessary, temporarily freeze your Account to prevent further unauthorised access.
nagged88 will never contact you by email, telephone, or any other channel to request your Account password. Any communication purporting to be from nagged88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@nagged88 immediately.
Security Best Practices
- Use a unique password for nagged88 not shared with other sites
- Enable 2FA via SMS on your Account immediately after registration
- Never access your Account from a shared or public device
- Log out fully after each session on mobile browsers
- Report suspicious Account activity within 24 hours
One Account Per Player. Operating more than one Account on nagged88 will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any pending or completed bonus winnings being voided, regardless of whether the bonus terms were otherwise met.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
nagged88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are set per payment method and per time period; please refer to the cashier section of your Account for current limits.
All payment methods used on nagged88 must be registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits — where the originating payment account does not belong to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. nagged88 reserves the right to return third-party deposits without processing and to require re-submission using an eligible payment method.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 2–4 hours of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. nagged88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your mobile financial service or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
KYC and Withdrawal Verification
nagged88 is required to conduct identity verification before processing a player's first withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification will have their withdrawal requests held in a pending state until verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC documents must be submitted via the Account verification section. Processing times for KYC review are typically within 24 hours of document submission.
Currency and Exchange

Users are responsible for any currency conversion charges levied by their financial institution in connection with cross-border transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions
nagged88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 20x) will be stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Bonus Abuse
The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension:
- Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
- Coordinating play with other players to guarantee bonus profit regardless of game outcome;
- Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to meet wagering requirements;
- Placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee a low-risk completion of wagering requirements;
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or misconfigured promotions in the Platform software.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. The validity period begins at the time the bonus is credited to the Account, not at the time of the qualifying deposit.
Seasonal and Cultural Promotions
nagged88 periodically runs promotional campaigns timed to coincide with occasions significant to Bangladeshi players, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
Users of the nagged88 Platform are required to conduct themselves in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during Account registration, verification, or the use of any Platform feature;
- Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy service, or any other method designed to disguise the User's true location;
- Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any activity that facilitates money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities;
- Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other form of mechanical assistance to interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing nagged88 staff members, live dealer personnel, or other players in any communication channel;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any software, algorithm, or system underlying the nagged88 Platform;
- Undertaking any action that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Platform's technical infrastructure.
nagged88 employs continuous monitoring of account and transaction activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, nagged88 reserves the right to suspend the Account, void any open or settled bets placed during the period of suspected misconduct, and withhold any funds associated with the prohibited activity pending investigation. The outcome of any such investigation is final.
Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity — including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or money laundering — nagged88 reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities and to share Account information with those authorities as required by applicable law.
Consequences of Breach
- Immediate Account suspension
- Forfeiture of all Bonus Funds
- Voiding of bets placed during breach period
- Permanent Account closure
- Reporting to relevant authorities where required
VPN Usage. The use of VPNs, proxy servers, or similar tools to disguise your location when accessing nagged88 is a breach of these Terms. Accounts detected using such tools may be suspended immediately without prior warning.
Intellectual Property
All content on the nagged88 Platform — including but not limited to the nagged88 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, database structures, and all other intellectual property ("IP Content") — is owned by or licensed to nagged88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
nagged88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any IP Content in any form;
- Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform;
- Use any IP Content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of nagged88;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices embedded in the Platform.
Game content accessible through the nagged88 Platform — including titles developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other third-party studios — remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers. nagged88 operates these games under licence and users interact with them under the same limited-use terms that govern the Platform generally.
Any unauthorised use of IP Content on the nagged88 Platform constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law. nagged88 reserves the right to take all available legal and equitable remedies in response to such infringement.
Third-Party Game Content. Game titles on nagged88 are the property of their respective developers. nagged88 is a licensed operator, not the developer, of these titles. Any intellectual property queries relating to specific game titles should be directed to the relevant developer.
No Commercial Use. The nagged88 brand name, logo, and all associated IP Content may not be used for any commercial purpose — including advertising, affiliate marketing, or promotional material — without the express prior written consent of nagged88.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nagged88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the nagged88 Platform.
nagged88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis, or that defects in the Platform will be corrected. The Platform and all content and services delivered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nagged88 disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
nagged88 is not responsible for any losses arising from:
- Technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party service outages that result in the loss of a wager or the inability to place a wager;
- Errors in odds, prices, or game results caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where such errors are corrected in a reasonable timeframe;
- The User's failure to maintain secure Account credentials leading to unauthorised Account access;
- Any tax liability arising from winnings generated on the Platform, which is the sole responsibility of the User under applicable local law;
- Any gambling losses incurred as a result of voluntary wagers placed on the Platform in compliance with these Terms.
Where nagged88's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your nagged88 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Notice
Gambling involves risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on nagged88. Do not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. nagged88 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of legal, compliant play on the Platform.
Force Majeure. nagged88 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, or third-party service provider outages.
Account Closure & Suspension
You may request the closure of your nagged88 Account at any time by contacting the support team at support@nagged88. Upon receiving a closure request, nagged88 will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements.
nagged88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:
- The Account holder is found to be under 18 years of age;
- The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
- The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the Account;
- The Account is believed to be operating from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires the suspension or closure of the Account;
- The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
Self-Exclusion
nagged88 offers a self-exclusion facility for players who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons. Players who self-exclude will have their Account suspended for a minimum period of six months, after which reinstatement may be requested subject to a formal review by the nagged88 responsible gaming team. During the self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent to the excluded player. How to Close Your Account
- Email support@nagged88 with the subject "Account Closure Request"
- Provide your registered username and the reason for closure
- Complete any outstanding KYC verification if required
- Remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method within 3 business days
Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have recorded no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. nagged88 will attempt to contact you via your registered email address before initiating closure of an inactive account.
Amendments & Governing Law
nagged88 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the nagged88 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Where a change to the Terms is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a user — nagged88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account. However, the absence of such a notification does not invalidate the amended Terms or excuse non-compliance.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
Waiver
No failure or delay by nagged88 in exercising any right or remedy provided under these Terms or by law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of such right or remedy shall preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nagged88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between you and nagged88.
